About Me

I am a Computer Engineering Student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota, advised by Prof. Marc Riedel. I am in my Sophmore year and hope to go into Computer Architecture or digital design. My passions lie in computers (obviously), photography, and music. I'm excited to be working with Marc and hope to give some good insight into this research.

I am helping to develop a neural network designed to predict binding strengths between peptides and MHC-I molecules. The goal for this project to to improve upon already existing tools such as NetMHC with the help of other experts in the field.
